Rural Life

This serene image captures rural image of peace and quiet. I've painted 12 x 12 inch gallery wood support that was first silver leafed. The dark sky fades and leaves some of the silver leaf to reflect the light. Notice in the photos how much the painting changes depending on where it's placed. 

The first image is was taken inside in natural afternoon light, the following images outside in natural light.
