River Drift

Being out on the water in my kayak is calming and helps centre my spirit. I always feel better for going out for a paddle and the feeling lingers and becomes inspiration for my paintings. In River Drift I'm capturing the feeling of the wind and sun creating drifts and sparkles across the river's surface. 

River Drift is a 6 x 6 inch original acrylic on a gallery wood support. The sides are left natural wood. A protective satin varnish is applied to protect the artwork. Signed on the back.
